Kauri
Closely held

Discretion and scope.

How the office handles sensitive context, the boundary of what it will and will not do, and how it works alongside existing advisers and offices.

Closely held

Discretion by default.

Sensitive context

Kauri is built for sensitive context — companies, households, relationships, advisers, documents, and unfinished decisions. We use only what is needed to prepare the work.

Inside your office

Source material, working notes, principal context, and prepared outputs stay inside your office.

Not reused

The context built for your office is used to prepare better work for you over time — not reused across other offices.

Specific arrangements

Where an office has specific data-control, access, or retention requirements, those arrangements are reviewed privately before work begins.

Held to scope

A boundary, plainly stated.

Kauri does not provide investment, tax, legal, medical, insurance, lending, or financial advice.

Where professional judgment is required, we organise the documents, summarise the facts, prepare the questions, and help you arrive better prepared for the right adviser.

We do not hold funds, move money on your behalf, or negotiate with providers unless separately agreed inside a reviewed service boundary.

Access to inboxes, files, accounting workflows, or other systems is agreed deliberately and limited to the work.

Kauri works around existing advisers, offices, and trusted teams. We prepare the work; they retain their role.

A note from the founder

Kauri is a private office built for an older purpose: to hold context, prepare work, and return it with care.

The work is led by human judgment and supported by the tools and methods useful to the task. My role is to understand what can now be prepared, apply it carefully to a specific context, and return useful work that has been shaped and reviewed before it reaches you.

Introductions are reviewed personally.

With respect, Ben Lynch Founder, Kauri
